In 2019, I identified a significant gap in the market for a boutique Salesforce partner that could offer deep industry experience and unmatched agility. Recognising the potential of Salesforce, I envisioned a company that would be small enough to be agile, yet robust enough to lead transformation initiatives for organisations of all sizes.

With this vision in mind, I assembled a team of industry specialists and embarked on a mission to redefine digital transformation. Today, we stand as a leading Salesforce Summit partner, empowering our customers to increase sales, enhance experiences, and improve efficiency. Our commitment to excellence has earned us a 5-star customer satisfaction rating, a testament to our dedication to delivering exceptional results.

Our journey of growth is ongoing, marked by continuous learning and collaboration across diverse industries. We strive to leverage our skills to positively impact a broad spectrum of organisations. Since 2020, we have extended our reach to new regions and territories, notably Australia and New Zealand. Dan Downes

I have a decade of experience working with Salesforce and designing solutions so that my customers get the best out of the platform. Whilst I have experience across all of Salesforce’s key offerings I have a keen interest in Salesforce Field Service, becoming one of the first certified Consultants in the UK and a recognised SME for one of the largest Salesforce Partners in the world. In my spare time I play, coach and umpire hockey and cycle albeit at a much lower standard than Steve.

Combining his strong business outcome focus with in-depth industry and technology insight, Paul brings a fresh new perspective to Adapt IQ, helping customers to determine where best to spend the capital and where best to apply the precious human resources for maximum benefit and return on investment.
